Vortex Yoga Retreat & Sedona Tours

Enjoy a Vortex Yoga Day Retreat & Sedona Wine or Brew Tour.   

The day begins with a shuttle ride to Sedona, Arizona.  We arrive in Sedona at approximately 8:30 where we will begin our trail walk at Buddhas Beach prior to hiking to Cathedral Rock for our Outdoor Yoga Class.  

After our outdoor yoga class we will be whisked away to begin our Sedona Wine or Brew Tour.  We will visit up to 3-4 wineries or breweries during our tour, have a bite to eat,  partake in a tasting and listen to live music among the vines prior to heading back to the Phoenix area.

The shuttle leaves Downtown Gilbert at 6:00am (make sure your there 15 minutes prior as the shuttle leaves on the dot!) then the shuttle makes a 2nd stop at the Scottsdale Fiesta Shopping Center at approx at 6:30 am before we head to Sedona for our Vortex Yoga Day Retreat & Sedona Wine or Brew Tour.  Our shuttle will leave the Sedona area at approximately 3:00 pm and arrive back at the Scottsdale Fiesta Shopping Center at around 5:00pm and in Downtown Gilbert Parking lot at approximately 5:30 pm.
