Andrea Powers’ journey began when she started meditating at the age of five. Her connection to the energy that moves through the body and one’s ability to control it for both mental and physical balance was installed early in her life.
Andrea is a natural athlete. She began running at the age of eight when she hurt her back in 1990 and found yoga. Her first experience left her nothing but confused however she still felt this longing to try again. With her athlete attitude Andrea began to train herself after a life altering meeting with Master Yogi Bhajan in 1992.
She later became a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher through YogaFit Training System and opened her own yoga studio in 2005 where she would create her own brand of classes.
Andrea wanted to expand her abilities and creativity so decided to take a leap of faith in 2011 and became an Advanced Anti Gravity Yoga Teacher but she didn't stop there Andrea found her love for Standup Paddle Boarding and became the leader in the North Jersey area in SUP Yoga. She later became the original inventor and creator of the YOGABOARD also known as Indoor SUP Yoga.
Samantha Long is a yoga instructor (RYT 200) and Self Care Mentor & Coach with continued education in Trauma-Informed Yoga for Mental Health, Subtle Body, Ayurveda, Aerial Yoga and SUP Yoga. As a self care coach.
Her goal is to help women live more authentically and fulfilled by using self care as a tool box to promote alignment with the True Self. Samantha integrates mindset coaching, spiritual guidance, movement, meditation, and breathwork with a trauma informed approach into mentoring sessions as well as workshops and classes for women who struggle with a lack of purpose, connection and self love. As a mother of two, Sam also has a specific focus on self care for moms as well as anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or addiction.

Eilish has spent over 25 years working in the public sector. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. In 2017, she made the commitment to take her first yoga teacher training. Eilish graduated from Fire Shaper’s 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017. She also holds additional yoga certifications in Restorative yoga from Yoga Synthesis; Burn from Fireshaper and SUP (standup paddleboard) from Powersyoga.
In 2020 and 2021 she found herself, like much of the world, focusing on herself and self care. In January of 2021 She graduated from a second 200 hour yoga teacher certification in yoga and mindfulness from Yoga Farm in Ithaca NY.
Eilish is a true believer that everyone is for everyone. She can be heard saying in her classes….. “to take a moment. A moment to be grateful. Grateful foe the noises that we have that allow us to be here. And grateful to the person or people that give us the time and the space to be here.” - quote from Eilish Bresnan
