The Holy Diet™ follows a diet similar to the Mediterranean diet consisting mainly of fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, fish and poultry with a small amount of lean meats. The main difference is the Holy Diet incorporates periods of fasting with water and lemon to help purify the mind, body and spirit as we prepare our bodies for ascension.
