5 Day In-Person Holy Immersion
Are You Ready to Transform Your Practice with a 200 Hour Training? Our 200 Hour Holy Method™ Training is a comprehensive teacher training that combines elements of exercise, bible study, meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection to cultivate optimal physical health, spiritual growth and wellbeing. The word "holy" refers to being set apart or worthy, and the word "method" refers to a systematic or established approach. This training combines both these concepts to provide practitioners a practical approach to incorporating God into our everyday routines. Through our online classes, self-paced modules and podcasts, you will learn various techniques and tools that can help your students navigate life's challenges, connect with Jesus Christ on a deeper level, and receive the Holy Spirit, Amen.

- All live and self-paced hours are included and must be completed prior to receiving a 200 Hour Yoga Certification Approved by Yoga Alliance. You will have one year from the first day of training to complete the remaining hours. All remaining hours can be completed online. Once registered we will send you information on how to complete yourself pace hours.

Schedule
Mandatory Group Call and Training Times
- Mandatory Group Call 2 Weeks Prior to Training Date 5pmPST/8pmEST
- First Day of Training Begins at 12:30pm
- Last Day of Training Ends at 3pm.
Please schedule return flights for after 7pm on the last day of training, or the following day.
Transportation
The best way to get to Sedona is by shuttle. Groome Transportation has 12 shuttles a day. For more information, please visit their site at www.groometransportation.com. Once in Sedona you can use the shuttle system that runs every 20 minutes to all the major areas of Sedona. For more information, on the town shuttle please visit www.sedonashuttle.com.
Lodging, Notes & Recommendations
- Lodging is not included. However, we will be offering an option to stay at one of our partner hotels. This is a great way to be apart of the Powers Yoga Community & save $$$. If you are interested in lodging with us please email powersyogastudio@gmail.com. Space is limited. However, you do not need to stay at the hotel to attend the training.
- Students may begin the Powers Yoga modules before or after the 5 Day Sedona Immersion.
- The Sedona Immersion is a combination of asanas and lectures. Being present is mandatory doing all the asanas is not.
- Days begin 7/8 am and conclude around 9/10 pm.
