 POWERS YOGA REFUND POLICY

Powers Yoga has a no refund policy, only store credit for future classes, retreats, and trainings with 60 days notice unless Powers Yoga can not perform the services then a student may request a refund.  If a student can’t make a retreat or training for any reason they will be offered store credit if cancelled 60 days prior to the retreat or training.  

POWERS YOGA RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY 

The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. This cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that plans change.  

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT 

Note: If you would like to switch from one retreat or training date to another date, this is considered a cancellation of the original retreat and will follow the cancellation rules below. For retreat bookings that have already been rescheduled from a previous retreat, no refunds will be provided You may reschedule a retreat a withing the year of your booking date.

• All deposits non-refundable but transferable to another retreat if made 60 days prior to booking date and may be used towards a future Powers Yoga retreat, subject to availability, within 12 months of the start date of the retreat. 
• All Final Payments are due 60 days prior to your retreat date.  If final payment is not received your spot and deposit will be forfeited.

 CANCELLATION FEES 

The cancellation fee is the amount equal to the non-refundable deposit for that retreat.  

DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES 

There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.  

CANCELLATION BY POWERS YOGA 

In the rare event of a cancellation by Powers Yoga is due to low registrations, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund.  Powers Yoga cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.  In the rare event of a cancellation by Powers Yoga due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god and other force majeure events, there will be no refunds but the participants will be allowed to move to another retreat date. Powers Yoga cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.  To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchases travel insurance.  If any payment is not received by participant prior to or on the due date for that payment, Powers Yoga has the right to cancel the participant's registration for that retreat. In this case, no refund will be provided.  Powers Yoga reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participant's registration for any reason. In this case, a full refund will be provided.  Please note refunds can take up to 90 days to process.  

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, Powers Yoga cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a cancel for any reason option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation. RETREAT CHANGES 

Powers Yoga reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its team, leaders, teachers or business partners.
