The Holy Method is a seven-pillar spiritual process using the physical, mental and spiritual map of yoga to guide people towards Christ - leading to transformation through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. Each pillar builds upon the last, forming a journey that reflects the Christian call to live in Christ. the body becomes a place of surrender, the breath a prayer and the stillness a sanctuary.
The Holy Method is guided by seven spiritual pillars that form the heart of your journey:

Unlike traditional yoga, the Holy Method places Jesus at the center of your practice. Each movement becomes worship. Each breath, a prayer. Every class is designed to strengthen the body while awakening the spirit through scriptural reflection, sacred themes, and guided meditation.

Our mission is to guide believers into a deeper relationship with Christ and in the dwelling presence of the Holy Spirit through an embodied contemplative journey rooted in Christian Theology, informed by philosophy and a practice through the physical and meditative tools of yoga.
Our Yoga for Stress Relief classes are designed to help you reduce stress and tension, and find peace and balance in your life. You'll learn breathing techniques, gentle yoga poses, and relaxation methods to help you release physical and mental stress.
Our Yoga for Flexibility classes are designed to help you increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and prevent injury. You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile.
Our Yoga for Strength classes are designed to help you build muscular strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You'll move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and empowered.
