Powers Yoga offers on location yoga sessions, online coaching sessions, a comprehensive teacher training that is approved by Yoga Alliance, and organizes retreats in the stunning settings of Sedona, Arizona. These retreats provide the perfect opportunity for students to deepen their practice amidst the natural beauty and tranquility of these sacred lands. But that's not all! Powers Yoga is also the creator of the Holy Method™ inventor of the YogaBoard™ as seen at the Yoga Journal Conferences in NYC and sold across the county.
