Holy Method Program is a unique and comprehensive wellness program that combines elements of exercise, bible study, meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection to cultivate optimal physical health, spiritual growth and wellbeing. The word "holy" refers to being set apart or worthy, and the word "method" refers to a systematic or established approach. This program combines both these concepts to provide practitioners a practical approach to incorporating God into their everyday routines. Through our online classes, self-paced modules and podcasts, you will learn various techniques and tools that can help you navigate life's challenges and connect with Jesus Christ on a deeper level.

The Holy Method is a powerful system for achieving optimal health and spiritual wellbeing. It is based on the belief that there are seven essential pillars that need to be cultivated in order to tap into God’s healing energy.
What's Included
The Empty Pillar is the most important step in our journey. In order to fully allow God in, we must first let go and take a step back from our ego and open our hearts to receive divine wisdom and guidance. It is about surrendering control and trusting in a higher power to guide us towards our true purpose.
The Abide Pillar, is where we learn the importance of abiding in a higher power, staying connected and rooted in a source of guidance and strength. It is about finding our center and relying on something greater than ourselves for support and direction. It's the point where we let go and let God.
The Study Pillar is where we will commit to a daily dose of reading, bible study, listening to podcasts and lectures from the creator of the Holy Method™ and others. We will learn the rich history, philosophy and theology of the Holy Method and how we can use that wisdom throughout our daily routines.
The Worship Pillar, worship is one of the highest forms of showing your love for Christ. It is a deeply personal and sacred act that allows individuals to express their devotion and gratitude towards God. Whether it is through prayer, singing, dancing, or even silence, worship enables believers to connect with the divine and draw closer to Him.
The Reflect Pillar is a key aspect of our journey towards wellness and deepening our connection with the Holy Spirit. In this pillar, we will explore the importance of meditation and prayer in achieving this goal. Meditation and prayer provide us with a means to quiet our minds, cultivate inner peace, and foster a deeper connection with God.
The Purify Pillar is a fundamental aspect of the Holy Method that teaches us the importance of eating clean and purifying our bodies. When we consume clean and nourishing foods, we not only take care of our physical well-being but can also connect on a deeper level with God. The act of purifying our vessels allows us to create a sacred space within ourselves where we can experience spirituality more profoundly.
In The Embody Pillar, we focus on the physical body as well as the spiritual body. The physical body is like a fine-tuned instrument that we can strengthen and nurture through various exercises such as poses, movements, weights, and breathwork. These physical practices not only help us become more flexible, strong, and balanced, but they also aid in our overall well-being and health. By taking care of our physical body, we are better able to live out our purpose and serve others in a more meaningful way.

Andrea Powers journey began when she started meditating at the age of 5. She received God’s calling to be a healer at 6, met one of her indigenous spirit guides at 7 and had a Kundalini Awakening at 18 which led her to an encounter with Yogi Bhajan in Los Angeles. Her connection to the energy that moves through the body and one’s ability to control it for both mental and physical balance was installed early in her life.
Andrea is a natural athlete. She began running at the age of eight in the Junior Olympics and continued running in high school where she received scholarships to some of the top colleges in New Jersey. However, after a profound meditation experience, leaving Andrea with more questions than answers, she decided to move into a more spiritual direction. She moved to California where her journey led her to Kundalini Master Yogi Bajan. Yogi Bajan was very impressed by her abilities to meditate and explained that it takes others 30 years to get into the depth of meditation where she went in just three hours. What Andrea had experienced was an extremely rare Spontaneous Kundalini Awakening or what she like to call now a Holy Awakening at the age of 18. Powers continued to run and meditated but after many years of pushing her body she hurt her back and was told by the doctors she shouldn't run again. As an athlete, this was devastating.
