Our Powers Yoga classes are designed to help you bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. You'll move through a series of poses that are aimed to release stress and tension in the body while with bringing awarness to your breath to create a harmonious yoga class for every-body.

PowersRx classes are just what the doctor ordered!  Designed to help you release stress and tension in your body and mind. You'll move through a series of gentle, yin yoga poses that will help you release tension and find deep relaxation. No props needed but optional if we need more support with blocks.

Our Powers Flow  classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. You'll move through a series of poses that are synchronized with your breath, creating a flowing, dynamic practice that will leave you feeling energized and invigorated.
