Where Will I Be Staying? You will be staying at the Hilton Resort at Bell Rock in a Private Suite with a King Bed and Full Private Bath.
Are these retreats Co-Ed? Yes, all of our retreats and immersion are co-ed.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat? No, we have all your yoga needs, and each yoga bag is equipped with a snack and water for your hikes.
How many people are in a retreat? Our retreats and trainings are curated to be intimate for the best experience. You can expect in each retreat a minimum of 4 to 12 likeminded individuals.
Is there a shuttle service from Phoenix to Sedona? Yes! Groome Shuttle leaves the Phoenix airport every hour. They will pick you up and drop you off door to door and have plenty of room for your luggage. There are also plenty of Uber and Lifts to grab!
Are shops and restaurants close by? Yes, there are tons of great restaurants, a juice shop and a crystal boutique all within walking distance.
Do I need to rent a car? We take care of all the shuttling to all the excursions, so we recommend that you don’t need one but some people like the freedom of having a car and venturing out during down time.
