Powers Fuse classes are the perfect bend of Yoga & Pilates to help you sculpt and lengthen every major muscle. These classes are designed to give you the strength and grace by using yoga poses along with Pilates exercises to create full body workout and a work in! No equipment needed.

Powers Restore classes are just what you need after a long weekend. Powers Restore is designed to help support you through your yoga practice. You'll move through a series of restorative yoga poses that will help release tension and find deep relaxation. A bolster or 2 blocks is needed.
