As someone of Taíno descent, returning to Puerto Rico is not just a location choice—it’s a calling. This land is part of my lineage, my healing, and my purpose. Through this retreat, I invite you to experience the deep spiritual energy that flows through the island’s mountains, beaches, and sacred ancestral grounds.
Each morning begins with an invigorating guided hike or a soul-awakening outdoor yoga class on the stunning beaches of Rincon. Over the following days, we’ll immerse ourselves in spiritual practices while exploring the rich cultural history and ancient wisdom of the island.
We’ll journey to sacred Taíno sites, learning how to weave Indigenous practices into modern healing. You’ll be guided through daily beach meditations, yoga practices in breathtaking landscapes, and quiet moments of reconnection with nature and your inner self.
Yoga offerings may include Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra, or other meditative forms—each session intuitively led to support your personal evolution.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where Will I Be Staying? You will be staying at one of our beautiful retreat houses in the heart of Sedona! Each retreat pass includes a private room with a queen bed and shared bath. VIP guests have priority booking so if there is a bedroom with a ensuite bathroom they will have priority booking to the room available. Priority booking is done on a first come first serve basis and we do our best to accomodate all of guests needs.
Are these retreats Co-Ed? Curretnly, these retreats are for women only. However, if you interested in a co-ed retreat please see our upcoming co-ed retreats or book a private retreat with Powers Yoga.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat? No, we have all your yoga needs and each yoga bag is equipped with a snack and water for your hikes.
How many people are in a retreat? Our retrats are curated to be intimate for optimal healing and spritual growth. You can expect in each retreat a minimum of 4 to 10 like minded women.
Is there a shuttle service from San Juan to Rincon? Yes! GO Airport Shuttle offers convenient and reliable Puerto Rico airport transportation to and from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU).
Are shops and restaurants close by? Yes, there are tons of great restaurants, a juice shop and a crystal boutique all within walking distance.
Do I need to rent a car? We take care of all the shuttling to all the excursions, so we recommend that you don’t need one but some people like the freedom of having a car and venturing out during down time.
